Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return here

Only items that are unworn or unused and in their original state and packaging will be accepted for refunds.

We cannot accept returns on earrings.

Once your return has been accepted by us please return your order to Turn, 47 King Henry's Walk, London, N1 4NH.

 Please include your name and order number. We advise returning items back to us using a trackable service as the items being returned are the responsibility of the sender until they are received by us.

Once we have checked your return you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.
