Highly detailed hand painted ceramic dish. Made by ceramics artist Midori Yaita in Japan. Measuring approx Ø22cm.

You can use it for food, but do not leave food on it for prolonged periods and after hand washing dry throughly. The paint will not fade with daily use. Not microwave or oven proof. 

Midori Yaita (B. 1971) is a Japanese ceramists who has been based in Saitama since 2002. In 1995, she graduated from Joshibi College of Art and Design where she a majored in ceramics. Yaita's works depict whimsical scenes where animals and flora dance across the forms. Her works have been shown in exhibitions both in Japan and internationally.
